My pick: “Fogo de Chau”, Americana Plaza, Sao Paulo, Brazil Category: Dinner Occasion: Entertaining VIP Clients, Celebrating a Win! Why: “This is a meat restaurant so salads are really a side dish only. Do try their “Caipirinha” – classic Brazilian cocktail. Very, very strong! You get a coaster which is red on one side (Stop) and green on the other (Go). The servers will bring skewers of meat that are endless until you flip the coaster over for a Stop period. Not a good place for vegetarians but an awesome place for us carnivores. The meat is very tender and can be cut with a butter knife. Go hungry, big servings.”
