Why: “Very elegant Chinese food restaurant on the 3rd floor overlooking the Yarra River at Southgate. Wonderful presentation of food, not inexpensive, but worth going at least once particularly if dining with clients. Try any of their signature dishes.”

Why: “Mostly seafood, like Bay Bugs (crayfish) with accompanying wine suggestions, great salads. Huge outdoor capacity, right on the Sydney Harbour in front of the Opera House. Fantastic food, BYOB, very nice indoors as well. Everything is good, especially the seafood.”
