He combines twelve years of tier one search firm experience in North American and European markets (most recently with the world's largest executive search firm), specializing in senior executive recruiting within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry sectors. Philip has acquired vast knowledge of these industries while forging strong partnerships with clients in Canada, US and Europe to identify specific needs, corporate imperatives and market trends.

His search assignments have focused around key strategic positions including general management, sales and marketing, manufacturing, corporate development, research and development, human resources and finance.
